Someone placed this on the bed rail of my truck this morning while at work, it has a cannabis sticker on it. Is this some medical vape thing, or trash? I didn’t know what it was, so I knocked it on the ground and saw there was a sticker there. If it is a medical device I can go back and take it to security so they can get it back to the owner.
