hello, i am planning to enroll for 1st sem at a La Salle school in bacolod. however, i have plans to transfer in DLSU in by term 2. i would like to ask if the st la salle financial grant is can be considered qualified for transferees. most of our finances go toward paying bills, my father is a senior citizen with a medical condition. my mom is the one paying the bills as of now and it would be difficult for me to study without financial assistance as of this moment.
