hi ladies,

I’ve posted before about having found a lump but let me give you a timeline and express my frustration with the doctors :

- September 2025: noticed swelling on left side, normal diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound

-December 2025: small lump found in outer left breast. Again, normal diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound

-April 2026: repeated imaging for stability. No change. radiologist did the scan and noted thickening but no discrete nodules, calcifications or other abnormalities. recommended annual mammogram, which is scheduled for December

This weekend, that side has started to hurt. the lump is still very palpable but hasnt changed in size. I am 38 and on HRT due to loss of ovaries first from endo and then last one had torsion. Im genetically negative but maternal grandma passed at 42 from breast cancer. Ive asked for an MRI and/or referral to a breast specialist and been told it’s not needed.

my density is scattered areas of fibroglandular tissue

Am I freaking out for no reason? my husband thinks I should relax.

should I keep pushing ?
