
Just ran 47 min in “Zone 5” - why doesn’t oura calibrate?
I just ran 9,5km in zone 5 mostly- excuse the danish app. I searched google and asked ai and it seems to be “physiologically impossible” to do that. Zone 5 should be something you can only maintain for 30-90 seconds.
My nightly lowest is 40bpm
I’m just wondering why oura doesn’t see 45 minutes in zone 5, and adjust so that it’s zone 4?
