Just ran 47 min in “Zone 5” - why doesn’t oura calibrate?

I just ran 9,5km in zone 5 mostly- excuse the danish app. I searched google and asked ai and it seems to be “physiologically impossible” to do that. Zone 5 should be something you can only maintain for 30-90 seconds.

My nightly lowest is 40bpm
I’m just wondering why oura doesn’t see 45 minutes in zone 5, and adjust so that it’s zone 4?

Quit nicotine - what now?

I quit Nicotine pouches and ever since it’s been weird
Normally I’ve taken vyvanse in the morning 20mg and then at 3pm I took snus and between 3pm and 11pm my bedtime I usually burnt through half a package.

Now the problem is I thought I was mostly just taking it as reward and to get a little buzz, but holy moly I’m too much now. After 3pm I become my adhd self shit ton of energy can’t sit still, cannot even play video games I have to go do shit, which is positive ig, but my friends are noticing it, and not being able to rest at all is not good either I believe.

So my question is, what have you guys done in a similar situation? I do want to be normal and have a chance at resting

TLDR:
Nicotine was the evening medicine for me, now I don’t have it and Vyvanse doesn’t last past 3pm, any tips?
