Hi everyone

I'm a new starts and in week 6 of my probation period. Apologies if this has already been asked, but what tips can you give someone to go from 70% to 85% PI in 2 weeks. I work in fresh and usually in the +1 chamber but sometimes get put into +12 chamber. I'm worried I'm not going to hit the 85%. I know that the probationary period can be extended by another 4 weeks but I'd rather I achieved the 85% in the next 2 weeks.

Any tips or advice would be appreciated.
