Okay I have a couple questions. I picked up a santa maria grill and man I was not prepared for how much wood I would need. I went through half a bag of logs when I grilled some steaks and some charcoal. Idc about grilling specifically in that Santa Maria style. I picked this up because I like the Argentinian way and just over open flame.
Questions:
- For normal grilling (steaks, pork chops, burgers): how much would should I be using?
- Supply: where do I get the wood in bulk? I would rather have cherry or apple but other options are fine. Home depit is getting expensive lol because I grill A LOT!
- Tips: any tips or videos are always appreciated
