Microsoft hacked account recovery process help
Hello my Microsoft account got hacked almost 2 months ago and I’ve been trying to recover it, I’m at this part now where I got this email from cdoc
This is Melanie with Microsoft Customer Support again. I hope your day is going well. I wanted to touch base as I have not heard back from you. We want to be able to assist you with your request, but we will need some additional information to verify you are the account owner.
Please use the information that you know to be associated with the account, even if it may have changed. If the account was hacked and the information has been changed, we will still attempt to validate the account based on the information associated prior to the change.
Please note, if you fail to provide any of the requested information, we will not be able to proceed with our investigation.
The most expedient way to verify you are the account owner is to provide as much information as possible. For questions that have multiple answers, such as names of Hotmail folders, subjects and contacts, provide 3 or 4 answers instead of 1. If the postal code could be one of 2 or 3, provide all of them. Provide precise information. For example, instead of saying that you have Facebook e-mail, give the exact text 'Facebook Notification – Friend request from John Doe.' The more information you provide and the more specific you are with it, the more likely you are to pass the account verification process.

Please reply to this email with the information requested below:
**Information submitted in your online questionnaire**
Please submit an [Account Recovery form](https://account.live.com/acsr?cs=1). If you submitted your information directly to [Microsoft account access support](https://account.live.com/password/reset) and we are unable to successfully validate the account, you will receive a nine-digit reference number. If you received this number, please reply to this email with the following information.
Account recovery reference number:
The alternate email address you supplied in your online account recovery form:
**Your profile information on the account**
Name:
Birth date:
Country/region:

**Recent subjects of email you've sent from the account:**
*Tip: Check with friends or family members that recently received an email from this account*
**IP address**
List your IP address from a location where you accessed the account successfully in the past. If you have accessed the account from multiple locations or devices/phones, you may want to provide more than one IP address for a better chance at validating the account. An IP address beginning in 192.168 or 10.0 is your internal network IP address and is not valid for entry. To gather this information, please type in "What is my IP" in your search browser.
**Account history questions**
The date that the account was created:
The date that you last successfully logged in to the account:
The date that you last changed the password:
Alternate email addresses or phone numbers that are associated with the account:

**Console serial number:**
This can be located on the console itself, listed on the service tag sticker.
**Xbox 360 console ID:**
*To find your Console ID navigate to the Xbox Dashboard:*
Go to the **Settings** hub and choose **System**.
Select **Console Settings**.

Once I receive your response with the requested information, I will review it in order to verify account ownership. I will provide an update once this has been completed. Please feel free to reply to this message if you have additional questions about your issue.
Thank you for your understanding and patience during the investigation of your account. I look forward to assisting you once the required information has been provided.
The issue is that the recovery account link in the email is the acsr which I cannot fill out because when I put the email of my hacked account it says the account doesn’t exist. So therefore I cannot receive the 9 digit reference number. Which the email says if I receive the number then reply with the all information. Now I’m kinda stuck on what to do.
I’ve already filled out the Xbox live account recovery form which led to me getting this email. If anyone has been through this or know how to go about this please reply to me or dm me. Thank you
