I got a vial of mt2 and reconstituted it with 4ml of bac water, I injected myself with it , however it had a lot of air in it from when I added the bac water so to depressurise it I used a syringe to get some air out. Throughout I was using aseptic technique however I forgot that I had just used the syringe to inject myself and reentered it to the vial. I wiped down the area where I injected myself so there shouldn’t have been too much chance of bacteria on the tip of the syringe. I am aware that the official advice would be to dispose of the vial but what would be the chances of infection if I stored the vial in the fridge?
