Trying to find the owner of this number or if anyone in STL is receiving unsolicited calls from numbers at random times. The x represents a digit that is close to six and eight. I've looked and im quite certain its spoofed but im not sure and am not tech savvy so im reaching out. It could be legitimate but they never leave a message. Just want to try to find out before I report it to the FCC. Any advice or info would really help me out,
