I’m on week 2 of bar prep using Themis. They call the multiple choice assignments a few different things like “MCQ session,” “QBank,” etc.
Which ones are the actual NCBE questions? Are any of them the actual NCBE questions or are these all just Themis-created?
I’m filling out the moral character application and am making a disclosure related to my employment history.
I wrote an addendum to provide context to the disclosure, but there’s no place to attach any documents (outside the specified forms in the application).
Where/how do I submit the addendum with my moral character app?
3L. I accepted an offer to clerk for a bankruptcy judge back in September for a position starting this fall (October/November). The offer was strictly verbal and I never got anything in writing. I haven’t heard from the judge since I accepted the offer.
I know I’m probably overthinking it a bit, but it’s starting to feel a little weird that I haven’t heard anything at all this whole time.
I get that judges have their own quirks/timelines/processes/etc., but I have to certify my employment with my school before graduation and I don’t have anything in writing. I also don’t want to awkwardly reach out to confirm that I still have my clerkship lol
