Issue with mova P50 Ultra
Hello,
I have bought a mova p50 ultra thru Amazon and the robot unit has some loose part of the body. Please refer to the video attached.
As I am not sure if that is normal, I have returned the whole unit and bought a new one as a replacement. And lucky me, it has the same issue with the old robot unit.
Does anyone has the same issue or this is normal? I can't attach another video but everytime it docks there is also a clicking sound.
