I was driving when I felt a bit of a jerk. Immediately I thought of the transmission so I drove to my destination which was about another 5 minutes. Meanwhile guages look good and its running good. Got there and put the jeep in neutral to check trans fluid. While I was checking, jeep just dies. Put it back in park and it started right up.
Did my shopping and came out. Jeep started right up. Put it into drive and it immediately dies. Fired it up again and the same thing happened. Then it would crank but no start.
I waited about 10 minutes and she fired right up. However this time I didn't put it in gear. Left it in park and after about a minute the engine just died again. No sputter or anything just stalled as if I turned the key off.
Jeep has been running awesome and theres nothing obvious that I can see or that I can think of.
After doing some research it seems like possibly the Crank Position sensor but im not sure, thought I'd throw it on here for some advice. Thanks!
Edit* forgot to add, no Check Engine Light!
