Been 3 weeks on peptides and have been loving the results, I was thinking of adding cjc into the mix but decided not to after doing some research an finding out they target the same receptor, and then I’ve also thought of igf-lr3 but I seen that many people call it redundant. Currently on all 3 listed above along with Klow(gonna stop once i finish it, finding out it’s pointless but i already have it so might as well) goals are to just get into better shape, have a good foundation from working out years ago and am seeing results. I am 23 6’ ft male and currently at 218lbs. Already seeing great results but Just wondering what others may add. Best bet so far is adding mots c but I may also be talking out of my a**

Looking for some advice on what I should be able to stack w what. I just bought my first couple peptides after being persuaded by coworkers and colleagues. I got 20mg of Reta, got a 5mg/5mg blend of Tesa/ipa and got the klow blend. I just started my first weekly dose of Reta at 1mg last Friday (will be upping by .5 weekly till I reach 3mg)and today I’ll be taking my 2nd dose at 750mcg-Tesa/ipa and 1.6mg-ghk 330mcg of the rest

About me

I used to workout religiously(natural) up until i started working in night life. Used to be a lean 180 standing at 6’0. But with all the partying and drinking I’m now at 228 and I’ve never been so self conscious. I’ve slowly been losing weight but all of a sudden I’m back to where I’m at after a night out. Starting to ease my way back into the gym and I’m hoping the weight loss would help keep me motivated. Keep a consistent diet when I’m not in between shifts.

Goals

Hoping to lose the weight but conserve/ grow muscle as I go through this. I know a body recomp would be best but I just find it hard w work. I’ve been told reta also takes the alcohol cravings away so I’m hopeful that it does. Hoping to get advice/feedback on what I should change and/or keep at it
