29m I was working in the trades for many years unfortunately due to a work accident I got a back injury that has made standing without some type of assistance not possible ideally I'd like to something in the medical field on aviation field schooling ok but would prefer a shorter schooling program

Are there any diy garages or mechanic shops that can be rented out in the area
