Got a Huntsman a few weeks ago and had the chance for a first cook today! Did some wings and boneless thighs and they came out fantastic!

Used a Vortex at 500F

Originally had a Weber 22” Kettle with the Venom attachment and loved it. Still have it but it’s back in NJ and I just moved to WA.

Also I know my meat probe isn’t inserted! I was using wireless probes.
