[WoD5] [HtR5] Resources mechanics for V5/W5/H5
In previous editions of World of Darkness games there were mechanics for the Resources Background: how you acquire expensive items or services, whether you roll dice or temporarily lower the rating, with examples and guidelines.
In 5th edition, I couldn't find anything like that. There is only a brief description saying that with 3 dots in Resources you are Rich, having a nice apartment, luxury items and cars, and such. It's slightly more abstract than I'm comfortable with, because different people definitely have different points of view on what is rich and what isn't.
For example, is a $4000 bribe just mundane pocket-money spending for that kind of character, not requiring any roll or consequence? For 3 dots in Resources? It's just a random example, but during the last session I had a disagreement about this with one of my players. We resolved it, but I realized that a list of examples or some actual mechanics would really help all of us stay on the same page.
So if anyone knows of a list of examples or mechanics for buying things and acquiring services from any 5th edition book, please share.
