Non-Bleach Lightening and Perm
Question is if I can get a perm a few weeks after using a box dye specifically the Loreal Féria in Downtown Brown. It doesn’t use bleach, but it does lighten my hair from black to brown.
Is it safe for me to get a perm in a few weeks?
