Hi all, as the title suggests, I am diving into Old World and really would like to build a High Elf army.

I am seeing a lot of conflicting + outdated recommendations.

First question: Is it possible to build a 750 point army for roughly $250-300?

Second question: Is the battalion box worth getting as a starter? Seeing a bunch of back and forth on this

Third Question: if you had $250-300 as a jump in point, what High Elf plastic would you buy?

I am just starting and have a question regarding Leaders:

-It says Leader unit doesn’t not apply to your army’s point count

My question:

-Does this mean I can run my leader as a single-model 10point unit for free?
