Aero bars fit
Hey everyone,
I’m training for my first Olympic distance triathlon and later this year a half distance triathlon.
Just bought some aero bars for my road bike from Decathlon. I’m wondering if I should raise my saddle and / or put it more forward? It feels like my legs are a bit cramped / locked up.
It also felt like the aero bar pads should be a little closer to me?
