is there a way to reglue vinyl stickers?

I have a vinyl sticker on my phone case but I need to get a new phone and therefore a new case. I can't get a new sticker so is there a way to reglue the current sticker to my new phone case? It's a pretty sticky sticker but I figured it wouldn't be as strong after I pulled it off. I need it to be water proof as well.

Please help me move out! My relationship with my dad has been strained due to several reasons, a big one being his fiancee, and my mental health is taking a huge toll living here. Thank you! I'm trying to save/raise money to be able to find a studio apartment and move out. But because I haven't moved out yet the internet was the only bill I pay that I had immediate access to. I also am the main financial provider for everything concerning my pets, medication included. I do have a job and hope to get a second one. I'm 19, turning 20 in July.

Basically, I went to the park today with my friend and while I was there a tick climbed on me. I'm terrified of ticks so I flicked it off or tried to and then later on either it was the same one and it crawled up my sleeve or it was a different one, but I ended up finding a tick on my shoulder as well.

I didn't check my others as thoroughly as I usually do (which is like almost concerningly through) but I didn't see any with the check I did do. So, I put them in a corner by our basement where I usually keep my dirty clothes. My cat loves laying on my clothes. So, obviously he's laying on them now, and it didn't really occur to me about there could be one in the clothes. I haven't checked him yet. But I do plan to do so.

Anyways, how serious are ticks on cats? If I find one on him, should I take him to the vet? I looked it up and from what I say Lyme and other diseases are rare for cats to get but like *how* rare?

Wasn't super sure where to post this cuz it's not like I could really just go to a crafting sub but anyways. So, I recently bought an xacto knife and ended up preferring it to my old blades. When I bought it, I was 50/50 on what I was gonna use it for because I do actually craft a lot, but I ended up cutting before crafting plus I dont think it would've worked for my next craft anyways. How can I prevent the blade from rusting? Like I know WD-40 works but obviously I can't introduce it to an open wound.

Idk if this counts as glorification or not, if so, I apologize.
