Scallops in shell, with garlic butter and panko crumb, cooked for about 20 minutes with apple wood on the 47 kettle.
Superb for a sunny Sunday with a glass of cider.
Stocked up for the coming weeks. Whiskey Barrel and Apple.
Got no decent cuts in but have a load of Costco Aberdeen Angus burgers in which might be on for an easy smoke later.
Hi all; I'm wondering if anyone has any first hand experience with this BBQ.
I've been considering treating myself to a new BBQ for a while as I use my Kettle almost every night during the warmer months and I use my offset smoker fairly often (couple times a month) for long cooks so wanted something that will cater to more than one type of cook comfortably.
I've read many good strong reviews of this one; main benefit over a typical 'egg' Kamado/K Joe, being it's twin walled steel so no ceramic liner to crack or fail.
