My boyfriend's dad is gently kicking him out of the house because he just turned 20 last week and feels he is ready to live on his own. It isn't too big of an issue because we have both been working hard to save up, and I have also been ready to move into an apartment for a while. As a move-in gift, his dad told us we could go to Sam's and fill up an entire cart of whatever we want/need. There is no money limit, but the rules are that nothing can hang over the cart, and there can be no gift cards. This is our first time moving into an apartment, could we please get some suggestions on what we should get that will be helpful in the future?
