I took my 4th dose of compounded semaglutide on May 15th - I started with .2mg for 2 weeks and .4mg for 2 weeks. I feel like the meds should be working, my appetite is incredibly suppressed and I’m eating minimally. I’ve also changed how I eat drastically, cooking meals at home, focusing on protein and not snacking as much throughout the day. Is it normal to only lose 6 lbs in a month? Am I just on a very low dose? I ordered through Gimme Care and they used the pharmacy Align. I’ve ready mixed reviews about Gimme using ProRX pharmacy but not a lot from Align.

Did anyone else have a slow start to their weight loss?
