Shortness of breath

Anyone who experienced shortness of breath after starting with Saxenda? Maybe in combination with herbal tea with melatonin?

I’m using Saxenda for roughly 7 weeks now and I’m at the maximum 3mg dose. Two weeks ago, I noticed I’m getting more and more shortness of breath. It’s not as if I’m choking but unable to breath deeper than normally. Especially, when exercising. Went back to my GP but there shouldn’t be a relation between Saxenda and breathing issues.

The only other thing I can think of is the ‘sleepy tea’ I drink to fall asleep easier. It’s from a regular German store/brand so no actual medication. Was drinking this for over a year before bed and never had issue before. The breathing issues seem to be less when I don’t drink the tea for some days. I’m wondering if there is an actual relation due to some ingredients or it is just coincidence.

Ingredients (translated from German): ‘Bad Heilbrunner’ Herbal tea with melatonin, lemon balm, lavender, and hops. Ingredients: Lemongrass*, licorice root*, sage*, passionflower herb*, peppermint*, lemon verbena*, lemon balm* (5%), fennel*, chamomile*, lavender blossoms* (4%), yarrow herb*, thyme*, hops* (1%), melatonin. *From controlled organic cultivation.

Hi!

We usually get many 5/5 star reviews but lately guests started to give lower reviews such as on value and accuracy. We didn’t change big things, just small improvements such as more comfortable chairs.

The weird thing is that everything is described (every machine etc.) and there are pictures from all angles.

When I ask these guests what we could have improved, they either don’t reply or give examples that were very clear in the listing or we have 0 influence on. Examples are: the 140cm bed could be bigger, the kitchen could be bigger or the view could be better.

Is there a kind way of asking for a review based on our service and the actual apartment? I don’t want to make it too pushy.

Edit: they always mention how much they loved the breakfast, how great I was with giving recommendations in their reviews.
