Is there “easy” way to hammer this out back into shape without car body machine. I’m trying to avoid cutting this out and replacing with part from a donor machine.

Any suggestions how to separate this lower control arm from knuckle. Also trying to move it back but not moving now. Have applied plenty of penetration fluid already.
