In your honest opinion, who would you rank higher?

Bottas is an overall better second driver with more better performance, e.g. 2017 Baku/2021 Monza, but at the same time he was driving a much better car

According to data, Perez's performance is definitely worse than Bottas and basically ruined his own career in his final year in redbull, but he also has execellent performances with a less dominated car, e.g. 2020 sakir and 2021 abu dhabi's defence on Hamilton
