Exclusive: ICC prosecutor's office seeks arrest warrant for Israel's Smotrich
middleeasteye.netI've heard Israeli nationalists say that the Nakba was mostly voluntary. How true is this claim?
I've heard Israeli nationalists say that the Nakba was mostly caused by Arab countries at war with Israel telling Arabs in former Mandatory Palestine to flee temporarily, I guess because they needed space for war, and that they expected that the fight against Israel would end soon with a victory.
And then, because the war with Israel was not won, these Arabs were then left displaced. The idea here is that the Arabs' (from former Mandatory Palestine) own agreement to listen to the Arab countries caused most of their displacement and not Israel's actions.
How accurate is this claim? Was the majority of the Nakba really due to this?
Popular artists that also have a lesser known cult classic?
I've met so many people in my life that know about Nevermind or In Utero but have never heard of Bleach by Nirvana. Bleach is an amazing album, almost on par with Nirvana's other two albums in my opinion. It receives a lot of attention from dedicated music fans while not so much by the mainstream or public.
What are other artists that also have an album that is a cult classic but not as popular compared to their other albums?
