most my pics i post are older, but this one is like 5 months old at this point. i dont remember how much i weighed at the time but its noticeable imo, im a lot skinnier in it compared to now.

tbh i dont like preworkout selfies because i look so much smaller than when i have a pump but i always try to remind myself that this is how i look in regular life lol
