Hidden gem at goalie, how to get him seen?
I (47m) am a Varsity Lacrosse head coach, and I have a goalie who had a 67.5% save percentage on the season as his 1st season as a Varsity starter. He was been the most consistent player I've had. The problem is that we are in a non-hotbed location for Lacrosse and I'm trying to find different paths to get him some looks from decent Lacrosse college programs and haven't really been in this situation until now. He had 18 saves in our final playoff game which ended in a 10-9 overtime loss which I didn't include in the 67.5% season percentage. But it would still be about the same with 159 saves to 77 allowed. Either way its elite numbers, considering that we had 2 freshmen and a sophomore on defense in front of him. This was his junior year of high school, and my question to anyone out there who may have some ideas, would be how do you get a player some opportunities to show his skill sets to some of the bigger programs? The kid is also a 4.0gpa student, if that helps😁. Any information or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all
