Both of these lovelies are made of broomcorn, which is a grass related to sorghum, that's been lovingly dried and dyed, then bound by hand! Broomcorn has excellent flexibility and durability for clearing dirt and debris, and has been used in broommaking since the 1700s. Bonus- it doesn't leave micro plastics around your space!

Brooms are also celebrated energetic tools, and are known as a "besom" on an altar. They are used in protection and purification rituals and energy work. Hang a broom bristles down on your wall to welcome good energy, bristles up to banish the bad! There's a ton of broom lore out there!

Huginn is a Hawk Tail style handheld broom, featuring a blend of teal and deep black broomcorn, bound in inky black, reminiscent of a Raven's wing in sunlight. Huginn features a brassy raven skull charm.

Marie, fit a Queen, is a Double Hen's Wing in hot pink and black broomcorn. Her floral-beaded bristles twinkle with floral beadwork. She's crowned with a bright pink, filigree cameo pendant.

Both brooms are fully functional, one of a kind pieces! I hope you love them as much as I do! ✌️🫶🧹

I hand dye, wrap, and bead brooms! Meet Titania and FernGully, they're altar brooms!

Both of these lovely ladies are inspired by the fairies! 🧚‍♀️

Titania takes her inspiration from the stunningly beautiful and magical Fairy Queen in Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream (honorable mention to Michelle Pfeiffer!). Her bristles are a blend of teal, blue, and grey broomcorn bound under steely blue rings. She's crowned with a stunning Art Nouveau style dragonfly charm.

FernGully basically named herself as I was creating her, all I could see was the old VHS cover of the FernGully film. Something about the fiery reds and forest greens just took me right back to that enchanted rainforest! She's finished with a handbeaded charm of Czech glass and quartz beads.

Both brooms are made from all natural broomcorn, which is a grass related to sorghum, dyed in small batches and made with a ton of love! They're each one of a kind. ✨

I hope you like them as much as I do!

I hand dye, bead, and wrap brooms. This is Metis, she's an altar broom.

Metis is inspired by the Ancient Greek oceanid and goddess of wisdom. She helped Zeus free the Olympians from the Titans. I thought she'd be a good inspiration for banishing both bad vibes and dust. 🧜‍♀️🧹✨

She's made from dried broomcorn, which is a grass related to sorghum, dyed in small batches. She's got a custom beaded charm of Sea Sediment Jasper and Czech glass. I think she's pretty special, I hope you do, too!
