I just upgraded my cpu to a Ryzen 9 and now to play Valorant I have to enable the secure boot. Except after filling the steps now it just keeps booting into the BIOS and I've tried the boot menu but that just gave me a black screen until I used the power button on the computer case

For the past month or two my game has randomly been dropping frames and I think it's getting worse. The Total Frame Time just gets random spikes to hundreds or thousands, I've tried messing with settings turning off everything else and reinstalling Valorant completely. I'm getting to the point where factory reset seems like the only option left. I know it's not the internet cause nothing changed between it not happening and then it happening. There's a slight chance that the issues is with the Ryzen 5 cpu just dying but it's only about 6 years old so I'm hoping it's not that.

I have a fifine AM8 mix plugged in to an Sc3 and whenever I turn on the mic monitor theres a small static in the background that i cant figure out how to get rid of. and its in recordings on stuff like audacity. im not the most knowledgeable on this sorta stuff so Could be an obvious fix im missing but would appreciate some help
