Pink and green streaks on the screen after 13 days of purchasing iPhone 17 pro on flipkart Sasa Lele sale

I’m feeling a little clueless as to what to do now. This just appeared out of nowhere today. Seems like a hardware/display issue to me. I didn’t even get apple care. I’m panicking a bit. I do have the flipkart shield for another 18 days but they will probably not exchange it.
