Has anyone bought and built recently in Hawes Crossing under TM? We just signed paperwork and I was curious what the realistic timeline is for move in.

Our salesman said 7 months is the average, just curious on other’s experiences!

Also - anyone who lives there now, would love to hear how the neighborhood is treating you so far! We have a young child and hope to meet other young families in the area!
