I love the chunky, square, dropped tip. What is this style called?

I have had mild to moderate neck and back pain for years. today i thought to look at my spine curvature and this is what upper spine looks like… (bending neck forward for better visual) is it normal?

no other symptoms besides my left neck hurting and causing headaches multiple days a week. Motrin helps mostly, massage doesn’t do much.

Doc says i have general hypermobility, & so my neck and body bends too far in all directions. Went to PT, helped maybe? not really.
