DHGate Yamamoto WS Jersey

Womp womp. Took a gamble on PROJERSEYDEALER seller on DH Gate because I REALLY wanted the Kanji jersey for my GOAT.

Sadly, quality didn’t live up to my expectations. Fabric felt off and much thinner than I though. The stitching was super sloppy with overlapping stitches and wrong color threads mixed in. The Kanji font was small but the numbers super big/wide. The buttons felt cheap and it was missing the MLB tags (front, size and back of neck).

Size is L but is more like a standard M on the Fanatics jerseys. I only spent $33.17 so not bad.

Anyways, thanks for the rant. I’m willing to give this to someone that doesn’t mind the imperfections for the price of shipping! Just DM me 🙂

EDIT:
- Jersey has been claimed 🎉

- I posted about this because it seems people are always curious about DH Gate experiences. It didn’t work out for me but the purpose was so I can find someone to give it to since I don’t like it. $33 bucks is nothing to me. lol

Week 20: Jams & Jellies - Pineapple Serrano Jam (used in an Asian glazed meatballs with ricotta polenta)

This was a total high eats creation. I knew I wanted to make pineapple jam but to cut the sweetness I added the Serrano. I blended some of the pineapple to have it be more jammy. But knew it would be too sweet on its own with the meatballs.

For the sauce it was the meatball fat, pineapple Serrano jelly, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar and a little bit of bbq.

The polenta had ricotta, heavy cream, parmigiano Reggiano and a healthy amount of butter.

Very yummy!

My original concept was completely different and was going to go a pasta route. I went out on Friday and had the most delicious cucumber som tum. I had never had that before. So that experience led me to explore Thai! I don’t have a grill so I had to cook pork in the cast-iron.

Let’s not count the rice as part of the color 😅

I have many bucket list destinations, Ireland is one. A cheap shot with Lucky Charms but it was cute to me (and pantry available).
