I’m making an absurd retro roguelike where you play Blackjack against ghosts, but you can use powerful items to cheat the system.
Hey everyone! We are a small team developing a weird indie game about a hyper-jacked priest dealing with various haunted locations.
Instead of standard rules, you have to use holy relics, items, and literal Uno cards to manipulate your score and beat cheating spirits. As you can see on the HUD, slamming a Uno +2 card lets you safely add 2 points to your hand.
Between the combat encounters you can explore the map in the style of old-school dungeon crawler, with secrets to uncover and treasures to find!
What do you think of this visual style and general idea? Would love to hear your thoughts!
