Went in for my dating ultrasound and I'm 8 weeks 1 day with strong heartbeat at 173. I had two miscarriages before my son, he's 14 months now and I'm feeling so grateful to be pregnant again after 4 cycles of trying again. I'm 39 and praying for a healthy baby and healthy me!

In my last pregnancy, I never had this issue. I'm 8 weeks and have so much trapped gas it hurts so bad. It feels like there is a balloon being filled out in my stomach and it's so painful. I've tried doing some squats and twists. Any other like yoga poses that could help me? This sucks. Any else go through this early on?
