I sent an email to the PI of the unit I applied in early May about my application process. I have been really anxious about this since I have got nowhere to go. He didnt reply me and now it is late May, so I wonder if I should write him another email to ask about the application. I know the result will be annouced in mid June. I am just too anxious about this

I applied for the Qubit and Spacetime Unit for a Research Internship. It’s been about 4 weeks since the deadline, and the OIST FAQ says the 1st screening results usually take 4-5 weeks.

I am actually very anxious about this because I am about to graduate from my bachelor this june and I was rejeced by all school. So I will have nowhere to go if I cannot go to this internship

I’m currently a senior undergraduate student graduating this year. I’m a bit anxious because I feel being an undergrad might be a disadvantage compared to Master’s applicants, even though the FAQ says undergrads are welcome.
I have a co-authored paper published in JHEP, which I included as part of my "additional materials". Has anyone heard back for interviews yet? Does anyone know if they send out rejections and interview invites at the same time?
