37yo Tret 0.1% for a year, still pronounced forehead lines

37yo. I have been on Tret 0.1% for a year (never any issues with my skin adjusting). I definitely notice the smoother/shinier skin and its definitely more healthy. I live in a cold climate and for the first winter ever, wasnt dealing with dry, flaky skin. However, my forehead lines and 11s are still very pronounced. Is this botox or bust scenario? I just added Amlactin 5% AHA to try to smooth things out but not seeing a lot of change with that in the last 2 weeks.
