I’m lucky enough to live somewhere where there is a Neuro Diverse positive GP surgery and through my diagnosis with them I was invited to a group call today.

I never thought I’d be into a group session but it was really great, we talked this week about community and how ADHD can affect how you feel
In social systems, about masking and our public persona, about body doubling (which was new to me) and had plenty of time for chat from various members of the group.

Really affirming to spend time in the company of others and make that connection, and also nice to pass on tips and tricks to others in the group.

If you are lucky enough to live somewhere where support groups happen please give it a try,

It’s been a while!

Brighton today play a relegated Wolves side who will hopefully be at the beach studying their relegation release clauses.

It’s sunny, 3pm and festival season in the city, just the kind of day that can be ruined by a 2-2 draw!

Apart from last weeks blip at St James Park Brighton have been on fine form and look to take maximum pony’s in order to push for a European spot.
