Help me with a "quick" review of my account
God, this thing is fucking awful.
My business account got put under restrictions about a month and a half ago; PayPal says it's because they need more information, such as my ID, license, etc (which is itself hilarious because they should already have much of that info from when I first signed up). The only two things I can do other than give them that information are receive money and refund money. Thing is, over this span of time, I've tried repeatedly to submit what they're asking for, but all it does is send me in a giant loop of errors. Something went wrong. Keep your camera steady (even though you already took the damn photo). Something went wrong. Something went wrong. Now go back to the initiating page even though you've submitted everything like six times now.
At this point, my ultimate goal is to simply get my money out of my account and then nuke said account from orbit, but I'm at a complete fucking loss. The customer service is ass as per usual (but I'm probably going to try harassing them again tomorrow anyway, if nothing else), and I keep doing what I need to (and then some; they want to see my business license even though I'm fairly certain that I don't legally need one), but it's the same fucking circle every damn time, and if this doesn't get solved by the 21st they'll be putting additional restrictions on my account.
Is there something that I'm missing here? Or is PayPal seriously this bad now and perhaps I should be getting a third party involved?
