Still rejected by OOP - any suggestions?

Has anyone gotten a similar communication - are you still pushing back? (I do have a copy of confirmation email with discounts which I sent to CCTS)

While we are unable to reinstate the original offer, we would be happy to review available options with you, including current in-market plans and promotions, to help identify a suitable alternative that meets your needs.

Did anyone have Fido tell them the plan was still valid even after phone cancellation. I was previously on their cheap data plan only plan and switched to $14 one. Got the text says phone ordered is cancelled and plan would be reverted. Checked, that hasn't happened. Fido support is saying discounts are valid but he sees phone order has been cancelled. He said I could go ahead and support would put another phone order through (I was honestly a little scared of them touching anything and he said I could place order online) when I tried myself the portal is still showing upgrade in progress. Would the safest thing be to just call back and get another phone order in the system or not do anything? At first he was saying discounts would remain but seemed to backtrack at the end a little about giving a definite answer on length of time for discounts.
