Still rejected by OOP - any suggestions?
Has anyone gotten a similar communication - are you still pushing back? (I do have a copy of confirmation email with discounts which I sent to CCTS)

At this time, we can also confirm that your account plan and pricing have been reverted to their original status prior to the order being placed.
We recognize this was not the experience you expected, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.
While we are unable to reinstate the original offer, we would be happy to review available options with you, including current in-market plans and promotions, to help identify a suitable alternative that meets your needs.
Please feel free to reply to this email within the next three (3) business days (May 22) to explore other available options. If we do not hear back from you, we will consider this matter unresolved and will update the CCTS accordingly so the file can proceed to the next stage of the process.
