Maybe stalling a bit.. but noticing little changes.

Pic with bra was July 2025. Pic with cupping bruises was may 2026 (last friday)

I posted a few weeks ago how ive lost 20kg and still stalling.

Training hard and all that. Ivr been pretty down about it cos im doing the things I need to.

I hate photos.. I always avoid body shots cos I hate how I look.

I pulled my bicep muscle at the gym had myotherapy done on friday last week, never had this it came with some cupping... wanted to take a pic of my back to see the cup bruises 🤣🤣 when I took it and saw the pic, I thought id compare my back pic I took for progress reasons last year when I started.

And I stumbled looking at the difference (haha yes funny.. cupping bruises makes a difference lol), can someone tell me and confirm to me that theres a difference apart from 20kg loss?????

Anyways, I sorta feel better seeing this. I think. I dont know and posting it here, not sure its a good idea but I just thought id just see how its recieved.

Please dont be harsh with me (I know im still fat)....I am quite sensitive and it took me a few days to decide to post it or not, ill take it down if its too much.

Not really sure why I’m posting this… I think I just need to vent to people who get it.

As you can see on my Shotzi stats I’ve lost just over 20kg since July last year, which I’m proud of. But that green line at the end is where I’m at now… and it’s been sitting around 105–106kg for what feels like forever (a month+ at least).

I know this is a plateau. I know what I’m “supposed” to do stay consistent, trust the process, etc. And I am trying. Gym (resistance, strength and cardio training at REVL) 4-5 days a week (some weeks 2-3 cos life stuff happens), watching what I eat which is high protein low carbs, still on Mounjaro (currently 7.5mg), not perfect every day but overall pretty on track.

I think what’s getting to me is doing the weekly jab and just seeing… nothing. It almost feels like I’m injecting for no reason, even though I know that’s not actually true.

It’s just really frustrating seeing no movement at all. I honestly thought I’d at least be under 100kg by now.

I’m not necessarily looking for advice (although happy to hear experiences), I think I just needed to say it out loud on a post of my own. Has anyone else had a stubborn plateau like this on Mounjaro where it just stalls like this? Did it eventually break?

Anyway… just one of those “why is my body doing this” moments. Im just a bit bored of the same thing.

I dont check the scales weekly, I tend to do it every few weeks.
