Aumovio attrition management
Hi gang, I need some opinions on this, we noticed for our Aumovio location management has started behaving really poorly in TownHalls, being straight up rude in their answers. They demanded the return to office, 6days /month HO with reason. Micromanagement, they promised raises and after unpaid overhours, stress and "everything urgent" they came out with a meager 2% - if you were "lucky" to even get it - regardless of the grades you got in your reviews, which btw - empty formalities, maybe the leads got more of a raise there. Sad, haha. People left and right are applying everywhere else, who will remain? Why is the attrition strategy so popular nowadays?
But for me this spells attrition strategy, simply hoping people get so sick of lack of compensation, bad behavior, micromanagement, return to office, blocking of trainings and BTs - if I hear "we reward performance, not inflation" its all fun till the performers cant afford a proper vacation 1/year, along with food and rent. The country manager lady has a gigantic chip on her shoulder, simply behaving like a small dictator. It's sad, when I see execs and upper management taking technical and organizational decisions without actually talking to anyone, the teams in the trenches and just hoping something will stick, also the poor interns...
