Recently took over as maintenance manager, my previous boss used this sheet to compile and track our projects. However, he didn’t explain how he moved the completed work to the bottom of the sheet in those neat little drop down menus (picture 2).

I’m still a relative noob with Sheets, and was wondering the most efficient way to move May’s completed work to a new drop down above April at the end of the month, so I can continue to add work in June. Thank you in advance!
