Help with Infiniti 2014 QX80 Hatch not working properly
I have an Infiniti 2014 QX80 that suddenly has issues with the rear hatch opening.
The button on the dash work perfectly and the hatch opens fine from closed to open and another push of the button closes the hatch. Perfect automated open and close.
The fobs open and close the hatch with no problems. Perfect automated open and close.
If the hatch is closed and I push the outside open button on the back of the hatch, it releases the hatch, but it does not open. I can manually pick up the hatch to the open position.
If the hatch is opened manually as in #3, or if I use the button on the dash, or the fob to open it, I cannot close it by pushing the button on the inside of the hatch.
The outside button for locking and unlocking works fine that is adjacent to the outside button to open the hatch.
Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this issue.
