seeking travel groups
hi there,
i am a student at the university of glasgow and i have been in scotland for around 9 months now. i realised that while moving abroad teaches you a lot, it can also get a little lonely sometimes. i don’t really have a group of friends to travel with, but i really want to explore scotland as much as i can while i am here, even if it means starting small.
i would genuinely love to find a group of people who enjoy going on trips around scotland, whether it’s day trips, weekend getaways, hikes, little café visits, or just exploring new places together. i am quite open to both small and bigger groups, and honestly just looking for good company and shared experiences.
if anyone knows of any groups, communities, gc’s, societies, or even people looking for something similar, i would really appreciate any leads so much. thank you x
