Im british which means its illegal to smoke weed.

My neighbours smoke weed and we haven't told anyone about it since we ain't snitches. However one of the neighbours often goes into his car in the middle of the night to do weed. He often revs the car and plays music really loudly when he does that and it's really annoying especially since we are trying to sleep. Sometimes when I go outside the only thing I can smell is weed because they do it so much. They also have a one year old baby which makes it worse in my opinion since they are doing it around a baby.
