Non splitsvilla viewer who only went down the rabbit hole 'cause insta algorithm
Alright so here's the thing, I'm not into any reality shows or shit.. but one afternoon my FYP was entirely filled with the finale drama which fueled my ADHD and pushed me to go down this rabbit hole.. from what I have gathered (and I might be wrong cause I didn't watch each and every episode just saw short snippets of the period after Ruru entered)
Firstly, Like the only sane narrative - Yogesh is the problem. No defending him period.
Second, let's begin with the preplanning shit. Again, it had 2 mutually consenting adults involved. So the blame falls on both BUT logically, more on Y cause he was the one to build a connection that strong.. not R. HE should've hinted at least to A that she should explore or keep a backup since he knew very well what was about to unfold. But he didn't, and led her on.
Then, the "cheating". Ruru is 100% a victim here, no shit. BUT whose at fault? Y
Now why not A too? Idk cause maybe she didnt promise faithfulness to Ruru? It was Y who was dating her, NOT A. Hold the fking man accountable dude... how did it even become a trend to hate the women and excuse the man?
And yk what, I would've blamed A 110% had she been the one to pursue Y but from what Sorab said (if he is to be believed) A refused a 1000 times? Before finally meeting Y when he claimed to be su*c*dal (again, dont quote me on that but ig he said he's guilty because he wronged her as in placing the burden on her?) which was honestly a very humane reaction from A.. cause if someone says they're not alright mentally or worse about to self exit even if it was my worst enemy, Idk if I'd be able to refuse...
And before we judge her for meeting a committed guy.. she said (again dont quote me idk) that he told her Ruru was toxic and blackmailing him and threatening him and what not.. now idk if I'm gullible enough to believe a man over a woman,BUT,
From what I've gathered so far in my limited viewing of this fiasco and its backstory.. Ruru and A have never really been cordial or even indifferent to each other.. like their very first meeting itself pitted them against eo in a very irrevocable manner. And the following days were no better, constant snide remarks, snarky quips at eo, that fight with Diksha where ig Ruru got involved for seemingly no reason of her own?? She held the door open with a grin on her face for diksha to throw A's clothes out. Then the physical altercation that followed wasn't very nice either. Allegedly (again idk fs cause I've only skimmed through everything, so do not quote me), Ruru replied yogesh when he was asking "Usko chot kaise lagi?" With "2 log maarege to lagegi hi na"..
My point being, though not eo's arch nemesis, but Ruru and A have had a cold rivalry at best bw them (again, thank you Y). So, everyone literally blaming A more than Y for the cheating is absurd. Like, idk if anyone is generous enough to consider a girl-they-dislike's feelings above their own? So her believing the douche doesn't seem very surprising...
Now as for asmita and suzzane, lets call a spade a spade.. they both did it for clout and revenge respectively, and there's nothing wrong with that. What, however is wrong, is the fact they both denied being opportunistic and vengeful to pull a "holier than thou girl's girl" persona... Had Suzzane been a true girl's girl she would've either walked out the room where the "cheating" was occurring (if at first she tried discouraging A and A didnt listen) or simply exposed this entire thing discreetly to ruru at the same fking time...
Similarly, Asmita should've at least unfollowed or archived the reels she made with Y and A once she got to know their treachery.. but did she? NO. She let it be. And honestly? Idk if i blame her for chasing clout cause its literally her career in the showbiz? Like what are you if not famous and are you really famous if not controversial? So good for her but she should own upto it instead of pretending to hold moral high ground.
Next, A is not entirely free of sin, had she been such a saint she wouldn't have needed to lie about not meeting Y. If she actively hid it, that means somewhere deep down she knew what she was doing wasn't right. Although, I'll excuse her for wanting to be Ruru's karma as claimed by Suzanne, cause literally everyone bitches about the person they dislike to their 'perceived' bestfriend. And it was wrong of S to spill the beans like that (she sounds immature though so idk).
If anything, the only victim is Kaira because these three dumbass idiots stole her thunder on her big day. Gullu has had his fame since Roadies but Kaira literally won the show and had zero limelight because everyone was so embroiled in this Taramandal tomfoolery.
Also, this stupid yet overwhelming urge of everyone to categorize everyone into either Black or White is dumb af. Nobody is flawless, we're all some shade of Grey. So the hate on every side needs to stop. How unnecessarily evil of people to judge others based on isolated incudents and a stupid edited show?
Please remember, there is no perfect victim albeit a dead victim. (Hope nobody here is vile enough to wish death upon someone they dont even know entirely)
