It's design notes time, my dears. As for Pomni and Kinger, Caine's gender wouldn't impact how they're written.
Lastly, I'm pleased the rest of the fandom had the same idea as I right after finishing ep 8 for the first time: A paraphrase of "Ivan the Terrible and his son Ivan". My turn!

I call this AU "Dame Caine".
She wouldn't look super different, but she'd have a different voice actor, and it would make me happy if my fave type of autistic character was a lady for a change :')
Ragatha's backstory would come up way more in this version.
